PAULA BARBAG

Paula Barbag has over 30 years of experience in fundraising, organizational development, talent acquisition and interim support. Barbag founded Consulting For A Cause in 2012. Previously, at Richmond Community Services, Barbag created the Human Resources department and managed the function for 550 staff. Barbag possesses broad leadership expertise within startups, turnarounds and rapid growth situations. Clients include the Food Bank for Westchester, Open Door Family Medical Center, Latino U College Access, New Westchester Symphony Orchestra and the Garrison Institute. Barbag holds a Master of Science in Fundraising Management from Columbia University and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Loretta Donovan, president of iAttain, is a consultant and coach providing management and organization development services. She is the former Chief Learning Officer for the Health Quest System in New York. Previously Donovan served a senior organizational development and learning manager for The Heart Center at St. Francis Hospital, Girl Scouts of the USA, ClientSoft, Inc., Sungard-Higher Education, and the March of Dimes. As an associate of MG Taylor, she assisted organizations undergoing change during mergers and acquisition, re-branding, and market expansion.
JENNIFER E. HERRING

Jennifer Herring has 25 years of senior development experience in leading New York City cultural and scientific institutions, including the New York City Opera, The New York Public Library and the Wildlife Conservation Society, and 10+ years of experience as CEO of The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk, CT. In these institutions, she led development efforts that raised more than $800 million and led or participated in institutional transformation.
YOLANDA F. JOHNSON

Yolanda F. Johnson, founder and president of YFJ Consulting LLC, has successfully led fundraising operations for a wide range of nonprofit organizations, launching creative event, sponsorship, and marketing initiatives that produced new streams of both contributed and earned income. Her fundraising expertise includes securing foundation, corporate, and government funding, and cultivating a diverse major gifts portfolio. She also provides philanthropic coaching and counsel to funders, in addition to supporting the nonprofit sector through her own philanthropic endeavor, YFJ Philanthropies.

Janice Kuhn is an accomplished professional with twenty years’ experience in marketing, communications, PR and business development. She is passionate about the power of private, public and social sector collaboration. Kuhn is Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 accredited for sustainability reporting and is familiar with many of the other frameworks used in reporting environmental and social impact.

Neil Pharaoh is a specialist in corporate philanthropy and social responsibility and government advocacy. Pharaoh has worked extensively with corporations, foundations, philanthropists and nonprofit organizations at the intersection of public policy, advocacy and business across multiple countries. Clients include Samsung Group, Royal Dutch Shell and Westpac Bank. Pharaoh came within 31 votes of winning a run for State Congress in Australia in 2014. Pharaoh holds degrees in Law & Commerce (Marketing & Accounting) from the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.

Susan Ulin is a specialist in event advising and donor stewardship. Ulin founded Susan Ulin Associates Ltd. (SUA) in 1990 and has offered more than 23 years of effective professional fundraising expertise and event management to a wide range of not-for-profit agencies. Events undertaken by SUA consistently met or surpassed their financial goals, generating an aggregate of more than $35 million annually, totaling over $800 million. Ulin graduated from Connecticut College and received a Master of Science in guidance and counseling from the City College of New York.
CHRISTOPHER KELLEY
Research Specialist
Christopher Kelley is the former assistant director of donor and prospect strategy for Harvard University’s principal gift team. At Harvard, he was promoted three times since 2013 to positions of increasing responsibility. He worked with faculty directors and internal stakeholders at Harvard’s Stem Cell Institute, Allston Development Planning Committee, Vice Provost for International Affairs, and the Dean of the Graduate School of Arts and Science among others.
He has participated in the execution of events and programs in support of various development initiatives, such as the planning of 1870 Society ($100K+ donors in China, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong) and Harry Elkins Widener Circle ($50K+ unrestricted donors to the Harvard University Library) events.
Kelley graduated with a BA in Political Science from Northeastern University, where he led the senior class gift drive and continues to volunteer. He is also on the host committee for this year’s Summer Party at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
KIM ALDERMAN
Prospect Research, Studies, Fundraising
Kim Alderman is a specialist in prospect and fundraising research, development, social media writing, prospect tracking and events. Alderman worked with the Woodstock Public Library in planning and implementing a pre-campaign and community outreach study, securing over $150,000 in lead gifts for the campaign. Alderman holds a BA from Vermont College in Art Education and Visual Art.

Susan J. Vitucci is a specialist in corporate communications, strategic planning and event production. Vitucci is a seasoned administrator with extensive experience in proposal writing and nonprofit administration. Vitucci has worked with several major New York City organizations including 92Y, God’s Love We Deliver, DOROT, and the YMCA of Greater New York. Vitucci holds an MFA from Yale School of Drama.
